Larry Monkarsh, founder and owner of LM Construction, is a General and Commercial Contractor with extensive knowledge of the construction industry. He founded LM Construction in 1996 and has built the company into one of the premiere commercial development builders in Las Vegas. Larry is committed to making sure each one of his client’s projects becomes a success.

Having grown up in a family of builders and developers, Larry’s been around construction his whole life. From a very young age, he was either on construction sites on the weekends as a kid, or actually working on them as he got older. He first gained valuable experience building homes, condominiums and apartments for his father’s and uncle’s development company. He later moved on to commercial construction, working for another company as a general superintendent for one year before starting his own company.

Larry founded LM Construction on a commitment to quality and to making projects affordable for his clients. Having come from a development background himself, Larry strives to ensure that each client has the right numbers to work with.

He also believes in forging strong client relationships. Larry will often go out of his way to make sure that the project a client wants to build will be the right product for that particular property and market. It’s important to him that your project ultimately becomes a financial success for you.
